Privacy policy

1. Operator. The personal data operator is R&S (contact: info@rasery.com, +994 70 510 70 24). This policy is prepared in line with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data”.

2. Data collected. On registration: name, e-mail or phone, password (stored encrypted). For job seekers: application messages, saved jobs, (in future) CV data. For employers: company name, contacts, vacancies. Technical data: IP address, browser, visit statistics, cookies.

3. Purpose. Data is used only to provide the service: account management, publishing vacancies, passing applications to employers, security, improving the site, and cases required by law.

4. Legal basis. Data is processed with your consent (registration and applying) and to provide the service. You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Third parties. Your data is not sold. When you apply, your name, contacts and message are visible only to the employer who posted that vacancy. Data may be disclosed to authorised state bodies only where the law provides. Advertising and analytics services (e.g. Google AdSense) may use their own cookies.

6. Retention. Data is kept while your account is active. After a deletion request it is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable time, except data the law requires us to keep.

7. Your rights. You may learn what data we hold, request correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw consent. Send requests to info@rasery.com.

8. Security. Passwords are stored encrypted, the connection is protected by HTTPS, and login attempts are rate-limited.

9. Children. The site is not intended for persons under 16.

10. Imported postings. Postings from public sources (e.g. public Telegram channels, other job sites) may be published with attribution. To request removal, write to info@rasery.com.

11. Changes. A new version of this policy is published on this page.
