1. General. By using the “İş axtaranlar” site (R&S) you agree to these terms. The site is an information platform connecting job seekers and employers and is not a party to any employment contract.

2. Account. Provide accurate registration data. You are responsible for your account and password.

3. Employer obligations. Postings must be genuine and comply with the Labour Code and other laws. Discriminatory postings (age, sex, race, language, religion, political views, etc.), false or misleading postings, postings demanding payment for a job, unlawful postings and those inciting violence or hatred are prohibited. The employer is responsible for the accuracy of the posting.

4. Job seeker obligations. Provide accurate data, do not apply on behalf of others, do not harm the system, do not spam.

5. Moderation. Postings may be reviewed, edited, rejected or removed. Accounts violating the rules may be blocked without notice.

6. Imported postings. Postings from public sources are published with attribution. A rights holder may request removal at info@rasery.com; the posting will be removed promptly.

7. Limitation of liability. The site is not responsible for posting content or the actions of employers and candidates and does not guarantee employment. Beware of postings that ask for payment, and report suspicious cases to us.

8. Intellectual property. The site design, software and content belong to R&S. Mass copying and automated scraping without permission are prohibited. © R&S.

9. Advertising. The site may display advertising, labelled in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Advertising”.

10. Changes and governing law. The terms may change. Disputes are governed by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
